Chartered psychologist, autogenic training practitioner, university lecturer

My career choice is based on a deep respect and unabiding curiosity for the human mind and psyche. I admire our ability to discover and mobilise our hidden resources even in the most difficult moments, and I believe that there is potential for change in everyone. In my work, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel free to share your concerns and questions with me, while I help you discover the power within you to start on the path of development and growth.

My professional journey is also guided by a deeper understanding of the interconnections between physical and psychological processes. I am fascinated by how deeply our inner world influences our physical functioning and vice versa. In my work I also use methods of autogenic training and suggestive communication. I attach importance to continuous professional self-development, and am a PhD student at the ELTE Doctoral School of Psychology and a member of the Behavioural Medicine and Research Credibility Research Group. My doctoral research investigates psychological treatment options for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Earlier in my undergraduate training I worked as a trainee psychologist in several hospital wards and started my career as a school psychologist.
