As a psychologist, my aim is to support you in overcoming psychological difficulties and in personal development. During our journey together, we will discover and understand the patterns of behaviour and feelings that are currently causing you difficulties. Often these patterns were once useful strategies, perhaps the only anchor in a challenging period of life. But over time our lives and circumstances change, and what once helped us may now hinder our progress. 

In our work, we gently highlight these patterns that no longer serve, and work together to develop new, flexible and adaptive strategies that are better suited to your current life situation and goals.
