Psychologist, Couples and Family Therapist in Training

I believe that many of our difficulties are connected to losing touch with ourselves—with what we feel, what we long for, and what we truly need. As a psychologist, one of my most important aims is to help the people who come to me reconnect with themselves, better understand their own patterns, and find a path that feels true to who they are.

In our work together, I strive to create a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where difficulties can be discussed openly. Alongside the challenges you face, we will also pay attention to the strengths and resources you already have. My aim is not to offer ready-made answers, but to explore together the possibilities and tools that can offer meaningful support for change and growth.

In individual sessions, I work with topics including self-awareness and self-esteem. People often come to me with difficult life circumstances, decisions about the direction of their lives, or a sense of feeling stuck. We can also explore questions of becoming independent and finding your own way, difficulties in romantic relationships and other important connections, communication, and questions surrounding women’s and men’s roles.

In couples and family therapy, I work with relationship difficulties, recurring conflicts, communication breakdowns, and challenges in connecting with one another. I take a systemic approach, looking at difficulties in the context of relationships and the patterns through which people influence one another. An important part of our work is exploring what happens between you, the feelings and needs behind conflicts, and the recurring ways you respond to one another. From there, we can look for ways to build a safer, more reciprocal connection.

Ongoing professional and personal development is central to my work. I believe that to accompany others with genuine attention and openness, I must continue to reflect on and understand my own patterns as well.
